Return Policy:
Food items and personalized items purchased on http://ChilloFoods.com are not eligible for returns once it leaves our facility and are nonrefundable unless the product arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent to you.
Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.” But we are confident that our snacks are super yummy!
Received wrong product:
We will provide you with a return shipping label for products that were shipped incorrectly. Please contact our customer service at info@chillofoods.com for instructions.
Please note: If you have received an incorrect item please do not open it. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition.
Damaged, Lost or stolen:
We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasions, merchandise can be damaged in transit and it's beyond our control.
If your product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, customers are required to report immediately upon delivery of the package and provide both clear photos and a detailed description of the damage to the customer service department to begin the claim process at Info@chillofoods.com.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
