WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Chillo foods operates using USPS or UPS to ship out all packages, depending on which service you choose at the time of check out.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Our precise shipping calculation system makes sure to show our customers the most affordable shipping rates available. Usually for a pack of 4 cans the shipping cost is between $6.70 to $9.00 depending where it's being shipped.

Please keep in mind that we send packages out of California - delivery rates may vary for your state!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

It typically takes about 1-3 business days to process your order and 2-5 business days for our orders to get to our customers.

West coast customers will receive their orders in about 2-3 business days, whereas east eastcoast customers will receive their order in 3-5 business days. Our orders are shipped out from our Kitchen in Los Angeles, CA.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on holidays or weekend days will be processed the following business day. Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST will be shipped out of our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

I INPUT THE WRONG ADDRESS!

Please contact us within 3 hours to change your address and we will be glad to do it for you!

We will do our best to catch your order before our team processes and ships it out! Please note that once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to it and it is your responsibility to collect your order at the shipping address that was provided.

If the package is returned to Chillo Foods due to an incorrect shipping address, we will refund you only on the merchandise. Initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

I CAN’T FIND MY PACKAGE!

All orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer upon placing your order. We are not responsible for missing/incorrect shipping information.

Unfortunately we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Hurry! Our cancellation window is currently 3 hours from the time your order was placed.

This is due to the fact that orders are being processed and shipped as soon as possible. Please email Info@chillofoods.com to make changes to your order and we’ll do our best!

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Food products cannot be returned once it leaves our facility unless there is an issue with your order.

DO YOU OFFER PRODUCTS IN WHOLESALE?

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE VEGAN?

Our California Pistachios and Persian pistachios are the only vegan products available at the moment. More on the way for sure!
